Oregon and suicide rate

Second the Government health officials, Oregon's suicide rate is 35 percent higher than the national average. The rate is 15.2 suicides per 100,000 people compared to the national rate of 11.3 per 100,000. It makes me wonder how can that be? I have been here for almost 3 weeks and I found the state gorgeous, each town has so much to offer outdoors. There are those very beautiful and charming little towns with amazing restaurants, bars and parks. People are so kind and friendly. I will definitely came back many times more.
